Workplace conflict and challenge is unavoidable, whether it is individually based or collectively.  When we don't lean into these challenges by developing solid, safe sand strategic solutions. the result can be an escalation of that conflict or challenge. I can help. I solve complex people issues - not the day-to-day problems , but the uncomfortable and sometimes distasteful issues.

    Managing employee performance and conduct is often daunting, time consuming and stressful.  This can tend to result in avoidance of the issues at play.  I work with my clients to ensure that we have a plan and process that is legally sound and you achieve the best outcome in a timely and most cost effective way.

  • Organisational restructures and redesign

    Organisation change and redesign is a normal part of doing business.  Yet it can be challenging to navigate the industrial requirements associated with change, while simultaneously ensuring sensitivity and compassion that change requires.  I bring years of in house and consulting experience to assist clients to meet this balance.

    Workplace investigations  are a sensitive and challenging experience for all people involved.  The conduct of an investigation requires independence, skill and careful execution while still affording compassion and sensitivity for the parties involved. My approach incorporates all of this while ensuring a thorough process in a timely manner.

    The key to a good EA outcome is preparation and knowing the desired outcome.  Unions negotiate Enterprise Agreements all the time….however Managers supported by their HR Business Partners  may negotiate an EA  once or twice in their careers.   Clients come to me when they are time poor, lack the experience, or their previous negotiations have not produced a desired outcome. I  work with my clients to ensure we are prepared, know the desired outcome and support with strategy and execution.
