I run tailored, unbiased and neutral sessions where I work with individuals to help them identify trigger points, examine assumptions, reflect on behavioural patterns and understand motives.


By allowing individuals to vent about the conflict, while coaching to reflect on their own behavioural patterns, I empower them to shift from a reactive state to a more reflective and rational analysis of the situation. In addition, I help shape a realistic and practical action plan that takes the heat out of the relationship and allows them to move forward.
