With over 30 years experience working across private, not for profit and all levels of government along with a union background, I have first hand experience and insight in relation to the issues that are important for organisations, workers and their representatives.

Experience

There’s not much I haven’t seen, working with executive teams in big corporates, heading up large Human Resources departments and consulting for private organisations.

My career has involved working in internal senior Workplace Relations and Human Resource roles along with extensive consulting experience.  Simply, workplace anomalies are my specialty, and I am a safe pair of hands for my clients.


Whether working in house, or in my consulting business I support my clients with both operational and strategic people matters.  I also have significant experience in solving complex people issues – outside the day-to-day problems.

 

Comfortable with challenge and tricky workplace issues, I use my experience, training, and specialist knowledge to mitigate risks, shaping a path forward that minimises litigation while ensuring leaders achieve their desired outcomes. My focus is always on shaping the solution to my clients needs, ensuring appropriately tailored strategies and processes are in place to reduce risk and achieve the best outcome.
